Set on the heights of Rayol Canadel, this villa is just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Located between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, the house is perfect for families wishing to explore the Côte d'Azur. The property comprises 6 duplexes, each with its own garden and terrace. The 100 m² accommodation spans two levels and features a spacious living room, two large upstairs bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed), and two bathrooms. This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.



Within 5 minutes on foot, you can reach a beautiful cove with easy sea access or the stunning Pramousquier beach (via a small wooden staircase by the roadside next to Pierre et Vacances), where you can enjoy drinks or meals at various beach restaurants.



Along this short walk, you'll pass the campsite entrance and behind the Beau Site hotel, where you'll find a "Proxi" grocery store/newsstand (open daily from 8 am to 7 pm in high season) and a pizzeria for takeaway pizzas. There’s also Le Jardin Gourmand and Le Beau Site restaurants, both offering sea views.



The house is part of a group of 6 identical homes (two small lots of three contemporary duplexes), each with private access and two parking spaces. Entry is via the upper floor with two bedrooms and a balcony, while the living area (kitchen, lounge, utility room) is downstairs, opening onto the private terrace and garden.



The house is fully equipped: functional kitchen, Nespresso machine with some pods, Tassimo, Riviera&Bar tea maker, utensils, TV with channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided.
