Located on the 2nd floor of a nice secure and quiet residence, accessible by lift, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

-A sleeping area with a large double bed, offering a magnificent view of the sea

- A small bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children or friends

One of the great assets of the accommodation is its superb 18 m² terrace, with an exceptional view of the sea, perfect for enjoying outdoor dining, from breakfast to dinner facing the sunset.


⚠️ Important information about the terrace:

The terrace has a period railing that no longer corresponds to current standards. It is the tenants' responsibility to ensure their safety and that of their children, especially when using the terrace.


The residence in which the apartment is located also has a nice garden with trees, offering a pleasant and relaxing setting.
