Hotel was top of the line when new. A little worn now. No AC in hallways, very hot. Bidet hose was leaking badly, flooding bathroom, did not inform hotel, just turned off valve. Fantastic breakfast. Unbeatable.

Service before the stay!
This is the second time my wife and child have stayed here. My sister in law joined them a day later and the hotel made sure that their rooms where nearby. They followed it up with an email before the stay that this would happen. I thank you for that!

Great hotel at an affordable price
I sent my wife and child here for a night and she absolutely loved this hotel. Also bought a room for her sister and her husband, they too thought this was a nice hotel. There's a night market on street level and a great gym in the hotel.

Center of Rayong
A last minute booking and a completely pleasant surprise. Located in the center of the shopping district, walking distance from 2 malls, one connected to the Hotel, and the night market. Rooms were older, but well kept and large, beds were comfortable and the A/C was strong. Breakfast was a huge buffet with Western and Thai. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will again in the future.

The gym is very well stocked, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The shuttle bus service is handy to go around the area. Overall a pleasing stay.

Great stay in lovely hotel
Lovely hotel with friend staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was the best I have ever had in Thailand. The pool was quiet, clean and there were good sunbeds. Highly recommended

So much to like about this hotel
The staff at the Star were very kind and made great efforts to help us with our request to attend a fruit festival at one of the local farms. The room we had was very spacious and it even included a microwave and dishes should you wish to pick up food from one of the many stalls at the market just outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices from Western to Thai and other Asian foods. The fitness facility was one of the best I've ever seen at any hotel.

Great Hotel
The Star hotel is in the middle of Rayong and with in walking of most shops the night market is 50meters and all shop are 5 Minuites the beach is 15 Minuites The breakfast is first class and you are well looked after by all staff

Good value for money !.
Good location for what i wanted to do . I like better cities then beaces !. IT-senter , shoppingsenter , foodmarked and a big markedsplacefor what we need and not need . Nice to walk around and look in the streets !. We was staying for 4 - nights and had a nice time . :-)

Nice hotel in Rayong
The Star Convention hotel was very nice. The lobby, hallways and room we're all very spacious. The staff and breakfast were also great.

Nice hotel in city center. Big room, good breakfas
Hotel room is big, clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Easy to buy fresh fruits and dried seafood. Night bazzar infront of the hotel street. Good for shopping and eating. Varieties of food in Breakfast. Good taste. Good fitness and swimming pool.

A good stay, good customer service
We left our purse downstairs in the breakfast area. The staff promptly notified us and we were able to recover it without any loss. Thank you very much, Star Hotel staff. We had a nice stay. Good location in the center of town. Easy parking.

Not too many Stars !
Taxi took me to the main entrance of Star Hotel where I was told by the check-in staff that I was at the wrong Star Hotel and I should go to Star Hotel No. 2 - which I did via golf buggy. After a long journey I did not want all this messing about and there was nothing on the website to state there was more than one hotel. The steak dinner the firs night was inedible. I have never seen a white tenderloin before (it looked more like pork) but it was the steak promotion so definitely meant to be beef. My jaw got a good exercise trying to masticate the beast ! On trying to get a taxi to another part of Rayong it took 30 minutes for a taxi to come and then I found the hotel had charged me 50% more than the going rate for the journey. Overall I am not impressed and will not be going back. The hotel is clearly old and in need of modernisation.

とても大きなホテル。施設は古めですがとてもキレイに管理されていて、スタッフさんも大変丁寧に対応してくれます。朝食もとても豪華。一点だけ不満を言うとお湯がなかなかでないです。出しっぱなしにしてしばらく待つとお湯が出ます

Jättebra 4* hotell m fantastiskt frukost/ service
Ett fint fast lite äldre 4* hotell som ligger precis vid busstorget i Rayong o nightmarket! Jättefin stor frukostbuffé 6-7 olika färsk frukt och ost mm, har bara a önska färskpressad juice! Stort rum o badrum m både badkar o ducsh.Sängarna var ngt hårda dock, fast de är dem ju i Thailand! Shuttle bus ( gratis) t olika platser 3ggr/dag. Otrolig service minded personal s kan engelska. Vid ankomst fick vi lite juice och sedan Vouce fö kaffe o kaka i cafet. Stort gym o fin utepool på 2 vån.Ett mkt prisvärt Hotel a rekommendera!
Vi äter helst skandinavisk frukost, men fanns asiastisk också.
Härlig pool och skön skugga av husväggarna!
