"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. Pas besoin de se préoccuper à prévoir le savon, papier hygiénique ou autres condiments de base, tout y est !Petit bémol, nous n’avions pas reçu le jour même les informations pour...

Maison de Caractère à 10 Minutes de Périgueux

"Une belle maison avec un joli parc et une grand piscine mais qui nécessiteraient d’être mieux entretenus: une table de jardin sur la terrasse manquante, le store du salon cassé, la piscine mal nettoyée, une grille de barbecue inutilisable et une caution de 500 demandée la veille de notre arrivée (non précisée sur l’annonce). Prévoir aussi de composer avec le chien du propriétaire. Notre séjour s’est bien passé. Mais il nous paraît compliqué de demander d’un côté une caution et de prendre en photos chaque pièce au début du séjour et de l’autre de ne pas fournir un logement irréprochable."

"Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. Room was very spacious with own balcony overlooking gardens. We had dinner in the restaurant on one night on the patio which was wonderful. Very attentive staff. Breakfast let it down slightly with choices, we only found out on second day we could ask for eggs. Would highly recommend the hotel"

"Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."
