The villa is located on the outskirts of the city of Razlog.
It is 6 km from the city of Bansko, or approximately 10 minutes ride with a car. From the Gondola Ski Lift, it is approximately 15 minutes.
Near it, you can find the Stapalata Scenic Walk - a panoramic view of the whole valley, and the villages and mountains. You can also visit the city of Razlog's central square and the park near it, which are on a 15 min walk from the villa.
