Very helpful and friendly staff ! Place is very clean. But don’t be mistaken, the rooms are NOT soundproof. We were woken up at 3 am to people in the room next door talking and heard way too much about their lives because the walls are paper thin.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel itself. Great staff, very clean. The casino screwed us with a “technicality” that somehow did not apply the first three nights we went to the casino and placed bets. They decided on day THREE that suddenly when you use cash, they get to decide what you win, despite that NOT being the case the first three nights we gambled (we had verbal confirmation that cash bets were valid). We have also never had this experience at any other casino we’ve ever been to. We regret spending money here and made us leave this experience with a bad taste in our mouths. Id tell future guests: great hotel, nice experience, and STAY AWAY from the casino
