A cama é horrível pra dormir, os travesseiro estavam todos mofados, O quarto e banheiro são limpos! Somente essa avaliação para melhorar !

Pontos de melhoria: 1- O guarda roupa estava com um cheiro insuportável de mofo e dentro dele tinha um travesseiro todo mofado e impossível de ser usado. 2- A piscina do quarto estava suja, entendo que como vão receber hóspedes, a piscina precisa estar limpa. Houve falha na comunicação para a limpeza da piscina, mas foi resolvido depois de 3 dias. 3- Eles disponibilizam 2 travesseiros bem molengos e ruins e uma manta que mal cobre uma pessoa, quem dirá um casal. Qualquer item que vc solicite precisa pagar por eles, como por exemplo, uma outra manta seria 20 reais e outra toalha seria 12. 4- O sofá tinha um cheiro insuportável de barata e saia barata dele. Foi extremamente desconfortável. Precisam fazer uma dedetização urgente em todo apartamento. 5-A água da pia da cozinha tinha cheiro de água de mangue. 6- A água do filtro tinha um gosto ruim. 7- Quando chegamos não tinha pano de prato disponível e nem pano de chão para secar os pés no banheiro. Pontos positivos: 1- A comunicação com o lá playa é muito fácil e eles respondem rápido. 2- O prédio é bem novo e as áreas do prédio são bem estruturadas. 3- Funcionários do prédio muito educados e comunicativos. 4- A piscina do apartamento depois que foi limpa foi bem gostoso ficar lá. 5- Próx do centro e da praia principal. Se ajustarem os pontos de melhoria ficará perfeito, pq é um bom apartamento.
