We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly.

The breakfast was diverse and good. The only issue is that the room itself is in need of a renovation. There was mold in the shower stall. The exhaust fan was so noisy when in the bathroom. The room itself was old.... It's more of a 3 star hotel...

The WiFi in the room kept cutting out and was a bit better in the lobby. The room was small and dark and the bathroom taps required a lot of effort to shut them off. There was no hair dryer in the room and it took three attempts with the non-English speaking receptionists to borrow one. Douglas on reception who spoke English was very helpful but wasn’t there often. He said the rooms were recently refurbished but they didn’t seem like it. The bar was very poorly stocked-no white wine and no Bohemia or Eisenbahn beer.

Must be one of the worst hotels around.

The beds felt cheap and uncomfortable. The minibar fridge was noisy and difficult to disconnect. We had a drop from the roof over one bed. The building floors is uneven and the luggage wheels make a hammering noise on corridors and rooms. No hot water at night. Near the hotel was a construction site way to noisy which didn't let us sleep comfortable. We asked for a refund for the second night we got left and got a courtesy dinner at hotel's restaurant. The meals were just awful. Uneatable. On top of our bad experience some people of the staff had bad attitude and the hotel is NOT in font of the beach. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK. Just run away from this one.

O hotel é excelente. A equipe da recepção é muito preparada e cordial, sempre prestativa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com boa variedade e reposição rápida. A localização também é ótima, com várias opções de restaurantes por perto e apenas duas quadras da praia de Boa Viagem. A área da piscina e a academia são igualmente excelentes. Minha experiência, porém, foi um pouco comprometida por um problema no ar-condicionado do quarto. Apesar disso, a equipe de manutenção resolveu a situação em aproximadamente uma hora e meia. Mesmo assim, quando estamos de férias, não queremos passar por esse tipo de contratempo. Também encontrei uma peça de roupa de um hóspede anterior embaixo da cama. Embora o quarto parecesse bem limpo, esse detalhe me deixou um pouco insegura quanto à limpeza. A hospedagem cobra R$ 25,00 por dia pelo estacionamento. No momento do checkout, como há muitos hóspedes saindo ao mesmo tempo e dependemos dos funcionários para buscar o carro na garagem, o processo acaba demorando um pouco, o que considero um ponto negativo. Apesar desses contratempos, eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, pois os pontos positivos superaram os negativos.
