Cama ruim, pois já está com muito tempo de uso! Colchão desgastando afundando e com uma divisória ao meio portanto doendo as costas, foram duas noites dormindo ruim com meu marido. Café da manhã excelente. Toalhas deveria melhorar a qualidade. Quarto de frente ao mar é barulhento devido o trânsito que forma em frente ao hotel.

Boa tarde, Sou a Brenda Leme, estivemos no hotel semana passada do dia 12 ao 16 de outubro. Adoramos o atendimento de todos os funcionários, café da manhã estava excelente, limpeza excelente e localização de fácil acesso. Nossa única queixa é das toalhas fornecidas para cada hóspede, achamos uma qualidade muito inferior. Obrigada Rede Andrade, até uma próxima.

Solicitei check-out tardio pois só chegaria no hotel próximo do horário de check-in. Ficaria somente 6 horas no hotel pra dormir antes de uma viagem bastante longa. Não responderam a solicitação, não informaram que não haveria essa possibilidade. Entrei no hotel 9 horas e tive que sair 11:30.

A higiene do quarto pra mim é fundamental e estava limpíssimo. Meu checking era as 14h mas cheguei cedo da viagem e eles conseguiram me colocar no quarto as 12h o que foi muito importante pois eu estava muito cansada. Não deixou nada a desejar👏
