Room is not very clean! The walls were dirty. No power outlets for both sides of the bed. The exhaust system on the bathroom was not working. WiFi connection was terrible !

Local horrível. Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim. Moveis do quarto embolorados e apodrecendo. Paredes sujas. Ar condicionado pingando água no piso. Janelas sujas. Sensação de estão um um lugar sujo e sem cuidados. Não tinha vaga de estacionamento e indicaram um prédio ao lado porém ninguém ofereceu ajuda com as malas. O estacionamento ao lado era pago e vc tinha que voltar com as malas por uma rua escura cheia de moradores de rua. O café da manhã não sei opinar pois não tivemos coragem de experimentar. A localização é ótima mas precisam ter uma aula de hotelaria.

Bem localizado e regular,mas o café da manhã é bem fraco. O que menos gostei foi da recepção pois senti que quase ninguém é solícito,precisei de um prato e mesmo os pratos estando de fácil acesso não me permitiram,segundo que passei 6 dias hospedado e como meu voo era a noite pedi pra ficar pelo menos mais 1 hora,a recepção nem quis saber qual era meu quarto simplesmente falou que não!

Ao chegar não me deram placa para serviço de quarto, fiquei hospedado 5 dias sem serviço de arrumação de quarto. Quarto com manchas nas paredes banheiro sem box, ao tomar banho a água toma conta do banheiro, não recomendável pra quem quer um pouco de conforto ao viajar para Boa Viagem

Um show de horrores! Instalações muito antigas e sem aparentemente sem manutenção. Hotel em alta ocupação é uma série de reclamações na recepção que demonstram que o problema não era pontual. Faltou toalhas nos quartos e simplesmente informaram que não tinha nenhum disponível, pois a lavanderia não tinha entregue ainda. Ao encontrar outros hóspedes ouvimos relatos de que no dia anterior passaram o dia inteiro sem toalhas. O checkin foi bem demorado, tivemos que esperar por mais de 15min liberarem um dos quartos. Além disso, o quarto não estava na configuração reservada ( 1 cama casal e 1 solteiro), ambos estavam em três camas solteiros. A garagem é pequena, por isso rapidamente lota. O estopim foi a infestação durante a madrugada de percevejos nas camas, que nos morderam e nos fizeram acordar e informar a recepção para nos mudar de quarto. Os bichos estavam em todas as camas e haviam grandes e pequenos. Fomos pra outros dois quartos no mesmo padrão, e tivemos que levar as toalhas pq não haveria reposição. Frigobar usado, sem aparente reposição e limpeza (havia cerveja derramada e água pela metade). O café da manhã era bem razoável, espaço pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes e itens do café bem ruins. No geral, não recomendo. Não há custo benefício. Vale mais a pena pagar mais caro e se hospedar em um lugar que preste.

Hotel antigo, precisando de modernizações, mas limpo e com funcionários muito prestativos. Moveis e portas com mofo, chuveiro ruim, a chave sempre desmagnetizava e cafe de manhã com poucas opções e ainda com margarina! Haha nem manteiga tinha! Pelo custo beneficio, vale medio! Mas não espere tanto conforto nem luxo.
