"The hotel was not able to accommodate the volume of people that were in for a dance competition. The elevators stopped working and one evening even had an issue with an elevator fall several floors with two families inside. At one point the elevator and shaft were exposed creating a scary situation. The restaurant only offered a buffet option which was cold hamburgers, over cooked chicken tenders and French fries. You also had an option of salad or a pasta salad. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. The rooms were stuffy and warm. The Starbucks quick counter could not keep up with the volume of people. I felt terrible for the baristas. We ended up door dashing food all weekend just to be able to have decent meals. Overall we chose to stay there as the dance comp was on site but I would not stay at this hotel again. "

"Excellent stay! The restaurant was amazing and the bartender, Poco, is very talented and a great person. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The room was very clean and well maintained. The gym is great, and they also have a nice workspace. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Best place to stay is Asbury Park. Cafe and bar had delicious food and beverages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Live music was very mellow and cool. Highly recommend. "

"Free parking was a great plus. We were told we could take an Uber to Newark Airport and pick up our car when we returned in a week. Much better option than paying for parking at or near the airport. "

"Different vibe once you got off the elevator. Elevator bathroom and hallways were not clean. Room was run down things were dirty and not cleaned well. I booked a club level room and breakfast was to be included. It was not included when I asked in the morning. Ordered from the restaurant and it took a really long time just to get my food. I was not eating in the restaurant. I couldn’t imagine the wait if I was dining in. "

"This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!! "
