Brand new 2BR apartment steps from the beach 🏖

  • Ground floor apartment of a newly constructed home, quiet residential location, one-way street with walking distance to Pier Village, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and half a block from Seven President's beach.

    Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.
    Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September.

    Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.

    On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed.

    One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.

Sisters get-away weekend

Great location so close to beach! My sisters and I really enjoyed waking to brunch at Turning Point in Pier Village and a really close walk to Rooney’s for dinner, It was cozy, clean. It worked out so well for us we decided we’d be booking again.

We had a lovely time! The location is beautiful, half block from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved walking/running on the boardwalk and collecting seashells. The house had everything we needed with new appliances and was spotless! Would absolutely stay aagains

Beautiful Fully Equipped Apartment

We had a fantastic stay. The house was ideally located for accessing the event we were attending at the Ocean Place Resort. It was a quick 10 min walk along the promenade. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed for trips to the beach and hanging out at home. The patio was a lovely place to relax as well!

This two bedroom, one bath apartment in the ground floor of a home in Long Branch is absolutely perfectly located. Half a block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants with outdoor seating and Pier Village. Our stay was comfortable and quiet and we will certainly be back! The place is updated beautifully, very clean, and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Just What the Doctor Ordered

Everything about our stay here was perfect. We planned a getaway for Thanksgiving after a very difficult year, and had never been to Long Branch before. The property is so comfortable and cozy, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great - a half block to the beach and less than a mile from everything we needed (fantastic restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.). The owners were AMAZING to work with - responsive, generous, and clearly interested in making sure our stay went well. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apt steps from beach!!!

Very happy with our stay. Quiet area that is literally steps from the beach. Beach passes were provided! We didn't have to bring anything really. All bath towels, linens, kitchen ware, paper products were supplied. The apt was very nicely done and clean!!!! Owner was very friendly. Would definitely stay again if in long branch. The AC was awesome too....the July days were HOT. No complaints.
