"We arrived very very late. Early in the morning. I called and told them and they made sure to give us a ground floor room near the door so we wouldn’t bother anyone perhaps and to be able to slip in quietly. Hotel was extremely clean, modern and extremely comfy bed and pillows. Our dog even got a treat bag. Exceptional hotel and management. We will return! Didn’t get to have breakfast because we were still asleep but didn’t hear anyone! And the coffee was freshly brewed in the beautiful clean lobby when we departed. "

"The room was gorgeous and set up for everything I needed after long days at conferences. The staff was very inviting and helpful."

"Several stays at this property and never disappointed. Always get a king room, clean and all the needed necessities. Owners very friendly. Will stay again. My one suggestion would be upgrade the pillows and put 4 on the bed :)"

"Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. "

"We did not use the amenities as we only were there for the night. Room was clean enough but definitely not spotless. We stayed twice, a week apart and found the same children’s toys under the beds each time. Walking up to our room, the carpet was coming off of the stairs and paint was coming off the wall. For the price it’s an alright motel"

"I checked in on Friday and the bed squeaked so loudly it was insane. I was moved to another room and it was fine until we tried to shower the next day. The shower would not turn on. I was told maintenance would be in at 230 and would look at it. I called the front desk about 5 pm to check on the status of the maintenance person. The front desk went and found the maintenance and advised me that he was “too busy” to look at the shows and would have to move AGAIN to another room. Three rooms for a two night stay! When I asked for a refund I was advised that I would need to talk to the manager and she was not in on the weekend. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems which is why I came back. Not sure I would ever stay here again! "

"Breakfast was great and staff did great keeping items filled even with it being really busy. Check in lady was great and very sweet and great. Only big issue was literally had to let the shower run for 20 + minutes before the water started getting warm and the chlorine levels in the pool were crazy high that it was hard to breath. Otherwise staff and property were very nice"
