"We enjoyed the proximity to Bryce Canyon National Park. It is just a short 5-6 minute drive away. The room was clean, and parking was just outside our door. It could use a little TLC (such as for squeaky doors which could wake neighbors, and a bit of freshening up), but overall it was a good value. Carol at the front desk was friendly and professional. No laundry here, but the Chevron station just a quarter mile down the road has a few washers and dryers. The Bryce Canyon Pines restaurant next door was wonderful, but unfortunately does not serve breakfast. I would definitely stay here again."
