Casa Nueva #5 Townhouse with Wifi

With some of the best views of the town below, Casa Nueva 5 is a two-bedroom nature lovers' dream mountain destination. Positioned on the side of the mountain about ¼ mile away from town, the Casa Nueva Townhomes are nestled within the forest edge.



The carport entrance leads up a stairway to the main living area. In an open floor plan, you will find a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen along with a dining and living area complete with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), a flat-screen Tv, and wireless internet. On this level, there is also a ½ bath and a private balcony.



The two bedrooms are on the 3rd level, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway between the bedrooms and a private balcony. This property has a total of 1088 square feet.



The property has Direct Tv. No Washer/Dryer. Trailer Parking Available. This property is not pet friendly . This property is located about ¼ mile from Downtown and winter access will be difficult without a 4x4 vehicle. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.
