Fishing trip in April
We had a great time, very little fishing was done because of snow and wind but the weekend was wonderful none the less. The cabin is very clean, cozy and well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. Our weekend here was a lovely getaway and we will absolutely look to rent this cabin again. We definitely recommend it!

Fishing was great right out the front porch. We probably caught 25 rainbows the first night we got there. It was about 1 mile to the lifts as well. Great location and very clean. We definitely would stay again.

Cutest little cabin on the river
We enjoyed our stay in this adorable cabin over spring break. We had a foot of snow while we were there which was lovely and we were comfy and cozy the whole time. The cabin is clean and well stocked. We brought food for the week which was good because the restaurants in town were always full. The only downside is that there is no washer and dryer. It would have been nice to be able to bring less clothes and also to have been able to dry our hats and gloves each night. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay. We would stay there again.

Red River Winter Trip 2024
The cabin is cozy and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Great family trip to start off the year!

Family vacation fun
We loved the beautiful scenery of the cabin and it was still close to skiing and shopping. Plenty of space for us to have thanksgiving dinner and enjoy lots of family time together.

Great river spot for fishing
We were in Red River for a family gathering and picked this location for the river in front of the property. We consistently caught rainbow trout in the morning and evenings. The cabin is clean and easily fit four adults, two kids and a dog. I would highly recommend this cabin for families.

Really liked the location. Beds were a little too hard. Could have been a little cleaner. Window seals had a lot of bugs and webs. Also porch had several webs. Overall good experience 🙂

Small but great
My family and I love going to RR. This trip was fun. The cabin was small but it was a great place to stay. We were comfortable in our visit. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly. Thank you for a great experience

River side view!
Overall it was a very nice. The decor and proximity to the river was wonderful! One important suggestion would be to mention how firm/hard the mattresses are in all of the rooms. Some people like that, my husband and I not so much. We finally got used to it on the last night. Maybe have egg crate topper available for those of us who like a softer mattress. We loved the outdoor decks on both floors! So I still recommend staying there!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was the perfect size for our visit to Red River. We love that the cabin looks rustic from the outside, but it’s modern on the inside. With a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, it was perfect for my elderly father. And the wife and I used the master bedroom upstairs and cracked the balcony door each night so we could fall asleep and wake up listening to the river running right behind the property. The view of the river and the frequent wildlife floating or walking by was absolutely amazing. Plus we loved the view of the mountains! And even though you are fairly close to town, it feels nice and secluded. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of the cooking needs, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked as well. And the property managers were super quick to respond to the one request that we had. We highly recommend this property!

Beyond Expectations!
This fresh, clean home was MORE than we hoped for. It was modern, comfortable, FULLY stocked, easily accessed from the road & town, and quiet. The owners were super responsive & friendly. The front porch & right on the river was magical — river sounds in the house even. I could not have had a better place to spend with my family!! We will be back!!!!!

What a wonderful place to take my grandkids to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday!! The owners were very attentive to our every need and were very accommodating to our earlier than expected arrival. Well equipped for our stay and very easy access to the beautiful town of Red River.

This cabin was just perfect for our family! Had some trouble with Internet (come to find out, the service was down in the neighborhood) but the owner came over immediately to troubleshoot and were very helpful and responsive. Great place to stay!

Sound of river running, hummingbirds whirring, and ducks splashing created a wonderful ambience. Cabin was clean, and sheets were crisp. The only problem we had was with refrigerator freezing some of our food, but overall, very nice.

Fantastic spot right on the river
My family and I stayed here an like the title says we were right on the river! Close enough one could fish off the porch! The small little cottage clean and arranged nicely. It was just out of the town of red river, far enough away but close enough for a morning breakfast or dinner at the brewery! Again though, the river! It was amazing to go to sleep at night listening to the sound of the water flowing all night. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean, and had the amenities we needed for our family. We would stay there again. Red River is one of our favorite places to visit, and sitting by the river drinking coffee and relaxing, was quite nice.
