  • A three bedroom penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a Murphy Bed in the living area if you need to sleep more than 8 people. Hot tub and deck overlooking the town and mountains. The beautiful place is full of charm with lots of wood throughout. There is also a full laundry room and a huge kitchen for all your needs. Sit on the deck and listen to the music at the festivals. Brandenburg park is directly across the street.

Kids under 12 must be supervised in the hot tub. No jumping into the hot tub. It is not a swimming pool.
It is illegal to take firewood out of Dona Ana county, to prevent the spread of imported fire ant within the New Mexico.
All visitors must check in at the office to get a vehicle tag, which must be visible at all times. We have overflow parking for visitors.
