Very clean and comfortable! Off the main street, but close to shops, restaurants, and a nature trail along the river, all within walking distance. Perfect place for a long weekend!

We booked a last minute trip and came across this gem. Small but great layout and use of space that worked perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and Amy/Nina were great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, Convenient, and Comfortable Stay - Highly Recommend

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in February and had a wonderful experience. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully organized with everything we needed. The decor and electric fireplace made for lovely ambiance while watching the snow fall, and the location was perfect for walking to the Copper Chair or down main street. Amy was an excellent host! I'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else.

We made a last minute trip for fall break with our 2 boys to enjoy perfect weather in Red River and the colorful aspens. The suite was super conveniently located to town. Just off main street and centrally located E/W too. The suite was clean and we had no problems accessing/using any features. The boys loved the electric fireplace to keep warm on the fold out sofa at night as it got into the low 30s. We drove our jeep up to Cabresto Lake, Questa, Pioneer Trail and out to 4th of July Canyon. And of course had a great meal at Sundance.
