"Excellent hotel with delightful, helpful staff. Very good food. Amazing kitchen garden! Amazing house reef for snorkelling. We had a great time. Only negative was the transport.. we have visited Egypt several times and expect erratic fast driving. However, this time it was positively danglers as extremely fast driving and the driver constantly on his mobile phone. Unacceptable. The driver from Hurghada to the resort was fine, the return journey to the airport was the very dangerous one. Other...

Everything about Robinson Soma Bay is just perfect .. not only that I can't think of anything that was not up to standard or something .. but I truly can't think of anything for them to improve on! The staff are sincerely friendly and warm .. they are not just doing their job! Zachariah the assistant front desk manager provided a great customer service, the chef on the grill station, the housekeeping manager,Adam in the restaurant and the beach team were so friendly and helpful. "My room was big clean comfortable with very nice view. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Check in & check out was easy fast. Food is good but for me as a vegetarian not much varieties maybe next time will ask for special request meals, the pasta corner was good for me ☺️ "
