Second year at this spot - does not disappoint!

We are very thankful for our time at Wren. It’s clean, quiet, easy resort access and much more. We will be booking again. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay here a second year. We gather every year in central Oregon and finding this spot feels like hitting the jackpot. Until next year!

Best Vacation Rental Hosts EVER!

Above and beyond in every way. Let us drop our food and luggage off early so we could get to the golf course in time for our tee time. Checked in on us multiple times throughout the 3 night stay. Everything was in working order, including the hot tub. Every cupboard was fully stocked with cups, plates and anything we needed. I highly Recommend staying with Arrived for any vacation you have coming up. Thank you so much for everything.Dustin,

Comfortable home

We had a great time. House was comfortable hot tub was a plus! Plenty of towels kitchen was well stocked except for mayb adding basic seasonings would be nice. I would recommend and def would stay again. Very clean.

Great stay!

Overall, the property was very nice. My family had a great time! Couple things to note- the house supplies bath towels and had one pool towel. So make sure to bring towels if you plan to use the hot tub located at the house. Also, there weren't very many forks in the kitchen. So you might find yourself doing dishes more regularly. All in all, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time.

Had to cancel our stay

We unfortunately had to cancel our stay but the manager was very easy to work with and very communicative. The customer service was great! Next time we want to rent in eagle crest I will definitely use them again just for the customer service.

Sister Weekend

This spot was central to all the adventuring that we had planned. We have stayed in this community before and enjoy the location. The group all agreed, this unit suited us the best. The beds were comfortable. This unit has 2king beds. The sister enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Any questions/issues were answered promptly. Would recommend!!!

Beautiful and Super Relaxing Vacation Home

Everything about this home made our vacation incredibly relaxing and fun. It was immaculately clean and had everything needed to cook, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy an evening on the deck. The communication with the property manager was accessible and helpful. The location made it easy to enjoy the many walking paths around the resort, along with many of the other sports center amenities. We will definitely plan to book another stay in the near future. A tiny bit of updating would help. Everything worked and it was comfortable. It was within walking distance of the golf club. It was really nice they had the passes to use. The door code does not state that after you punch in the code you have to push the check mark also. The cleaners were still there so that helped

Wren Court

Townhouse is very nice, location is great, has a pretty view of golf course. Furniture is very worn and stained, but comfy. One of the stove burners didn't work. TV in downstairs bedroom turned on & off but couldn't get any channels or streaming to work (3 of us, semi-tech savvy.) Hot tub was clean, but way too hot and couldn't get water to cool down. We would choose a different chalet next time.

Great cabin, but has 2 useable beds, not 3

This is the third time my family has stayed in one of these Eagle Crest cabins, and this one was the cleanest and most well stocked (it had aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc). The carpet seemed new and was good quality, it had a clean and fun hot tub, and had two comfortable beds. The only thing that was a bummer was that the sofa bed was saggy and broken, so my teen ended up sleeping on the floor because the couch wasn't long enough for my tall kid. The property management was responsive and told me they would let the owner know about this, but that was the last I heard from them. The house advertised 3 beds that sleeps 6, which is why we chose it. However, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cabin to anyone who doesn't need 3 beds.

Cabin as advertised, recommend thorough cleaning

The cabin was cozy and as advertised. Check-in and our was very easy. I appreciated the minimal check-out cleaning requirements as a guest. However, upon arrival, there were food crumbs on the couch and living room floor, and a dirty sock under the spare bed. When we went to use the hot tub the next day, it was not clean. I reached out to the property managers and was told they weren’t sure they could get someone there to clean it on the weekend. Ultimately, a very nice person came and serviced the hot tub including draining half the water, but I would recommend cleaning and chemical balances are done prior to guest arrival, particularly given the guest policy as it relates to charges for a dirty hot tub upon check out.
