Retreat on the Butte: On The Creek Luxury, Town Home with hot tub

Enjoy this 1871sqft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a vaulted ceiling in the family room. This home comfortably sleeps 8 to 9 people with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds (1 w/ trundle), and a twin top/ full bottom bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen features Granite Countertops, a table that seats 6 with 2 bar stools. Home also features a gas grill on the deck.

Townhouse is fully equipped with WiFi, including 4 TV’s with DVD players. In the vaulted living area, there is a 42-inch HD Flat screen TV. For your listening pleasure, stream your favorite Pandora station through your smart phone or iPad using the home stereo.

The master bedroom features a King bed, HDTV, and direct deck/hot tub access. The en suite bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, shower, large soaking tub and washer and dryer. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV/DVD player, the other with a twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed. In the loft area (Day Bed with Trundle) the kids can get away from the adults and watch a movie on the TV with DVD player.

Stay out of the hot summer sun and enjoy an adult beverage on the spacious East facing deck while watching your kids catch frogs, lizards and other little creatures in the creek directly behind the home. Or just relax and soak in the 6 person hot tub which is professionally maintained.

The home is located along the bike trail and within walking distance (2 blocks) to the Lakeside Pool/ Fitness Center with Kids Splash Park, horseback riding, tennis and basketball courts.

Eagle Crest Resort is a full service destination resort located on 1700 acres in Central Oregon. The area gets over 300 days of sunshine per year with less than 9 inches of rainfall a year. The resort has 3 golf courses (kid’s golf for free after 3:00 with adult), 1 putt-putt course, a full service spa, over 12 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 swimming pools, one indoor pool and each pool has workout facilities.

Cozy home

Loved staying at this place, very cozy and clean, access to the Eagle crest amenities were a good plus. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 was the hot tub was not working and we weren’t informed prior to our stay, but we just went to the Eagle crest resort hot tub instead which was just as relaxing. Would definitely recommend this home

Family friendly home

Eagle Creek is a large resort. This property is by one of the outdoor pools, splash pad and a gym facility. There are walking/biking paths right by the unit. We biked, swam and relaxed. It was a great weekend with the family. This picture is from the patio.

Stay for 4 nights the house was great . Had someone’s with the wifi And hot tub temp , texted owners and they responded fast to fix it . Everything was great, side note if you don’t like really firm beds you may not like the upstairs beds . We would stay here again

Relaxing stay in the mountains

This is our second time at this property and it fits our family's needs well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, many games to enjoy with the kids, plus a bonus hot tub for the adults. It's also walkable to a gym and pool as well as the duck pond. Thank you for another great year!

Serene Stay

This unit is in a very quiet neighborhood of Eagle Crest. The furniture and bed are comfortable. The Kitchen is well stocked and the unit has stuff for children (chalkboard, bikes, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!! We had a wonderful weekend stay here! Clean, comfortable and great hosts! Hot tub was good size for a condo. Some of the living room furniture is well loved but still comfortable and functional. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Comfortable and All You Need

This home is in very nice condition and offers everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The babbling creek in the back was a wonderful surprise and such a lovely place to walk. Highly recommend.

Prom Weekend

My sister and I drove down for a weekend getaway so I could go to my friends' senior prom. The house was exactly what we needed and made the perfect relaxing getaway. I will be staying here again.

Highly recommend

Beautiful location. Can walk to pool, pickleball court and basketball court. Easy drive to Redmond, Sisters and Bend. Kid friendly, Fully equipped kitchen. Deck overlooks lovely creek and we enjoyed watching duck family every day. Very comfortable for our small family of 4 adults and two grandchildren. Hosts quick to respond. We hope to return next year.

Nice location in Eagle Crest

Property was nice and just as advertised. There was a hot tub issue, but Lynn was prompt with her response, and it was only down one night. House was clean and comfortable with many amenities. BBQ worked well and it is plumbed to house gas which was great. BBQ is getting old though. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items for cooking and having a cocktail. Master bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Overall, very nice home but some amenities need updating.

Perfect little getaway

We just spent the weekend here for our kids basketball tournament and we were so pleasantly impressed with this home!! It was extremely clean and it was absolutely perfect for our group, which was 3 adults, 3 children and a baby! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. There was plentiful towels and extra bedding if needed. The newness and cleanliness of this home made us soooo comfortable! We didn’t want to leave! Especially after getting to enjoy the hot tub while the snow was falling. The neighborhood is so cute and very quiet and safe! We would absolutely stay here again if we return to this city! Owners were amazing, kind, helpful and very responsive ❤️

Perfect Getaway with extended family

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was simple, as was Check-out. The kitchen was well stocked and the instructions for various things (hot tub, fireplace, etc) were well laid out. We were pleasantly surprised at just how appropriate this house was for our family. We have a 3 year old and there are many age-appropriate games/books/activities for him to enjoy that do not involve a screen. There are also many games & books for older kids and adults. Our kid was disappointed when it was finally time to say goodbye to some of the books, the mini-table, and the chalkboard. We'll definitely look this place up again the next time we're traveling to Eagle Crest. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Baseball tournament getaway

My husband, 2 kids and I stayed here for a baseball weekend tournament. The location ended up being perfect since we were playing in Redmond. The Lakeside pool was the most pleasant with the scenery. Splash pad wasn’t open yet. Next time. Please note the eagle crest website lists the lakeside open until 8 but it’s truly 6:30 on the door. House was well equipped. It actually has a total of 7 beds with a trundle under the loft bed for anyone needing to know the bed count. We only used 2 since our kids enjoyed a queen together. Some of the Amazon prime and Apple TV options needed to be paid for so it took longer to find something free to watch but we just aren’t familiar with those programs and got the hang of it. We couldn’t figure out the tv in the upper Queen room other than dvds. If you have kids you might want to bring a couple kid movies if you want to watch them upstairs. There are 2 kid options in the cabinet in the queen room. Overall perfect option and we definitely will be returning.

Great place to unplug & enjoy the resort

This is a good home for unplugging. Clean, well stocked, good communication. The tvs here are not for movie nights - but that is not my goal when I visit so not a big deal to me. My teenagers whined a bit & had a good laugh at the old box tvs that shock you when turning it on (good life experience HA!). It is a perfect walking location. It's a 5-6 minute leisurely walk to the Lakeside sports center (gym, outdoor pools, tennis courts). Parent tip: This pool has a separate 1 ft deep toddler pool which is fantastic for little ones. Behind the property is a creek that you can walk up & down which also provides lovely water noise out on the deck. The creek is fast running & on the deeper side so watch the little ones carefully. Since there is no access from the deck to the walking path & creek we had to go out the front door & walk a small distance to a trail & cut over to the back of the residences. This is nice for families with toddlers as there is less risk of them getting to the creek through a deck gate but would be nice to have steps if it was just older kids and adults (pros and cons). If you walk along the walking/biking path and creek toward the Lakeside sports center you will come to the head of the lake where we saw lots of teenagers fishing. This location is a bit of a drive to get to food and coffee compared to locations closer to the other two sports centers on the resort but if you don't plan to go out much, it's nice for cooking and staying in.

Annual Trip to Central Oregon

Great condo!...super comfortable and had everything we needed. Had enough room for the adults and teenagers all their stuff. Plenty of things to do at the resort and close byLocation is convenient - less than 10 min from Redmond, but feels a world away from the crowds in Bend!!!...love staying here...
