"I selfishly didn't want to write this review ... The Kraken House is great! If I oversell it we might have to book elsewhere on our next Villas visit, but that's not fair. The Kraken House house is a superior VBRO stay because 1) it's well appointed with what you'd want for your stay - plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking things2) beds are very comfortable3) very convenient to have towels and linens provided4) should go without saying that it is clean and in good repair, but that's not always the case5) sooo close to beach and cool to get the kayaks & paddleboards in good weather6) THE DECOR is wild and has to be a curated collection7) The hosts were responsive and helpful all along the way.Our extended family each rented Villas places to gather for theThanksgiving holiday so we go to compare places. Kraken was the best one and we held our dinner there. Honestly looking forward to another stay, and it will feel like a holiday at a cool, excentric relative's beach lair."

"The Octopus Cottage was the perfect spot for a cozy getaway! Donna has thought of quite literally everything, the house is stocked from top to bottom. While we did not need anything during our stay, we knew we could always ask for anything - her communication was phenomenal the whole time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Cape May and tons of breweries and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return!"

"We had a very nice stay in the Villas. My Family was down for our son's wedding in the area and rented for 2 nights to be close and relax alittle. We were close to the beach and everything else we needed was close by. The house was very open and decorated nice. This was our dogs first trip overnight somewhere and she loved it and the fenced in backyard was a plus. We will be back again."

"This was an annual trip to NJ that we wanted to share with the family which included our daughter's dog. This house was perfect, with all of us having our own space as well as plenty of shared space to be together. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to run around and get some off leash time and share in our outside fun while we played corn-hole or just sat outside and relaxed. We did take some of our own sheets, blankets and towels so we didn't have too much laundry to do in the morning before checkout, but there was plenty of those items at the house if you prefer and are early risers to get the laundry done before leaving. We will definitely consider this home for future trips."
