"Everything in the hotel was great except for the beds. I had a room with two beds. I laid in one and it was too soft and rolling over it sounded like springs were loose. (Not sure if they even had them.). I switched to the other bed and it was the same."

No safety rails in bath tub/shower, bed uncomfortable, no kleenex at all, tv remote low batteries, no clock in room. Have stayed 2 times in the past, no problems.
