  • Timber Trails North is a 4 bedroom/4 bath that sleeps 13 located in the amazing resort community of StoneBridge. If you need more space for your gathering, check out Timber Trails South and Big Timbers right next door-with the three properties you will have a total of 14 bedrooms! This property is PET FRIENDLY!

    -No steps into the home. Ramp at front door.

    -Three king bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom (one is ADA compliant).

    -Fourth bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and a sofa sleeper

    Pet Fee

    - $35 per pet, per night

    - Up to 2 dogs allowed

    - Certain breeds are not allowed so please contact us prior to booking





    $7 per car per day is charged for anyone renting a lodge in Stonebridge resort. This will be paid upfront at the Welcome Center upon check-in.



    This home is decked out with all you will need for this special getaway: The open kitchen/living room floor plan provides dining seating for 12. The living room has a large sectional with sofa sleeper. Our kitchen is fully furnished with what you will need for your cooking needs.



    For your entertainment we have provided a 50-inch smart TV in the living room, a 50-inch TV in each bedroom, YouTubeTV provided on three TVs, PS4, Blu-ray player, and free high-speed internet. And we also have a hot tub on the back deck.



    In Stonebridge, amenities abound with the Ledgestone Golf Course right on site! A short walk away, there is a catch and release lake with paved walking trails that encircle the lake. You have access to 2 pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, huge playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. The sand volleyball, basketball court and large playground are also just a short walk away.



    *Disclaimer- Most pools will be open mid May through Labor Day. The resort MAY decide to leave the pool at the main clubhouse open longer in September. It is up to their discretion and we have no control over whether the pool is closed.*



    Camera-This home does have a Ring doorbell that can capture images or video as you enter the property. Only the front door/porch area is in view.



    For the children, a pack and play and highchair are provided.



    We provide great customer service and are always available for any questions or needs you may have. Stay with Beth's Breakaways and we guarantee you will have a vacation to reminisce about for years to come!

What pure delight to have the opportunity to stay her! The attention to detail with everything you might need to have amazing stay was just perfect! We booked this cabin with Beth for Spring Break with our kids (all 18-24). Each one brought a friend. The layout is perfect with four separate bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone felt like they had space. The outdoor space was perfect, with the back deck, fireplace, TV, and hot tub right there. The kids had a perpetual game of Monopoly running all week, watched basketball games outside, and some used the hot tub. We really, really enjoyed this week's stay, and a good place has a lot to do with it. We will definitely stay here again during a summer trip.

Great place for family to celebrate 70th b-day!

This cabin was outstanding! Exceeded all expectations! Excellent host, very well stocked, great hot tub, great time on the pickle ball courts and great walking trails!

We had a wonderful time here! Beth was great to work with and ensured we had what we needed. The place was clean and all equipment worked well. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub but its convenient location was nice. We absolutely loved the outdoor space as the seating was comfortable and with the glow of the fireplace was the perfect setting for the fall weather.

We had an absolutely amazing time! The house was perfect for our family and the location was perfect with the pool and playground. We were close to so many fun attractions. The home was so clean and well stocked. The porch was our favorite spot to be!

Great family hangout!

Loved the setup for our family with 4 adult couples. We got to play tennis and Pickleball each day, brought in our food and played a lot of games. Short drive to Indian Point marina where we rented a boat for a day. We had everything we needed for a short term stay.

Perfect Home for Large Family

Christmas in Branson

Annual family weekend vacation

First time here and it was amazing! Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 adults & 3 kids ages 3, 4 & 5, & our 3 little dogs. Beautiful area, & loved that there were no stairs to worry about with the kiddos. Just overall excellent! Definitely plan to return. Highly recommend! Glad we were able to have a late checkout to watch the Chiefs play in Germany & they won! Go Chiefs!🏈

Great family lodge

This property was a family-friendly home with nice spacious kitchen/dining/living area and bedrooms each with private baths. It was perfect for our family! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A nice starter supply of bathroom products, paper products, and laundry detergent was also supplied. Our family enjoyed varied TV watching areas, as well as the hot tub that was heated and ready for us upon arrival. The property was very clean and was exactly as described on their website. We loved our stay in this property and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely impressed with everything about our experience. The property owner delivers 5 star service and so does her cleaning crew. We had the most amazing experience that we have ever had in a VRBO and we have stayed in MANY! This cabin was perfect for our family of 7 And was stovked with everything we needed for 5 wonderful days! The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It was chilly during our stay so we truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor fireplace.we will be making plans to come back year after year. There wasnt one thing about our experience that wasnt Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Beth and crew for one of our best family Christmas vacations to date!
