We very much enjoyed this property, which was one block over from the bay. The property manager lives next-door and is super friendly and helpful. It’s close to Reedsport and all sorts of outdoor activities. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Our stay at Winchester Bay was perfect!We loved having all linens provided, having plenty of room for 6 of us, being able to cook our meals and the outside was awesome too!We met the owners - super nice people! Gail is an amazing artist and shared a lot of information with us! She made our stay so enjoyable visiting with her!The landscaping is beautiful as well!

The art on the building in spectacular. Family took pictures with yard statues. The inside was cozy. Comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen has nice space for preparing meals. Nice assortment of cool wares. Bathroom was very clean. Lots of hot water. All five of us showered without running out of hot water. The street had minimal traffic. Super quiet at night. Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our time at this place. We needed to be close Umpqua Lighthouse state park because we had family camping there and it was nice and close. We “camped” during the day but enjoyed coming back to the apartment to sleep and shower and relax. We really enjoyed eating some meals in Winchester bay also. Great host close by! Would stay here again!
