"After several disappointing holiday rentals in recent years, this was a really nice surprise! Great property, super friendly and helpful host. Extremely well equipped house. The house has multiple living zones, and the upstairs area especially is a highlight (we called it The Penthouse). Only possible improvement is the description of the property as within 'short walking-distance' of the beach...it was a solid 15 minute walk away (more if you don't know the short cuts). Overall a great choice and we'd be happy to go back."

"Rosie and I had a great experience at Ladybird cottage. Host Lyn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. All the amenities went beyond our expectations. Highlights were the HUGE comfy bed and the luxurious bathroom. Lyn was especially was a uniquely warm and friendly person. She shared all the information about local events and locations. She even made me some Brandied chocolates because it was my birthday. We have made plans to stay there again. "

"The host was fantastic, we showed up 40 minutes earlier than expected and we called the host. They very cordially welcomed us and let us check in early. The house was clean, beds were ready and set for our adventure. The property has its own private pool which is fantastic for the kids. There are four floors and initially I was worried being pregnant and travelling with my father who has weak knees but to my surprise the stairs weren't high, they were small steps and not too many to climb to get to our destinations. The facilities were excellent and cleaning supplies were provided so it was easy to manage with kids. The location is close to the beaches, the bridge and a 20 min drive to Cowes. Highly recommend this beautiful home for your next visit. Will definitely come again when possible!!"
