I didn’t like the parking when we left to go see family and got back there were no parking by our room too many cars had to park far
I did enjoy our stay the hotel and staff were great

Clean, and quiet, for me that is what I look for. There where fast food places with in a mile of the motel. And it is half-way between home and Houston...

The staff member on duty was so courteous and helpful. The internet in her town was out and it was difficult for her to confirm it. But, she did it with courtesy and a smile . The heater in the room was noisy, but, other thsn that, all was fine.
Dirty, ponding water in the tub/shower, bugs, dust, thin walls, cheap ass bed mattresses. Didn’t even stay! I left!!!!

Rest assured, we have addressed your concerns regarding cleanliness and possible pests. Although we are unable to change the past, we hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to shine.
Well the service was good considering everything, but the front door leaked water when it rained, the tv service was always cutting out, the mattress was like sleeping on a hardwood floor, and the sheets were like using paper for blankets.

When booking it didn’t say no pets allowed . No breakfast but no price difference either

Also, at this time, some of our amenities have been limited for the safety of our staff and guests. It is regrettable that your time with us did not meet your expectations, but hopefully, you'll give us another chance to redeem ourselves in the future. All the best to you.
I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel they told me they had no more rooms left and that I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. They said Expedia was booking rooms without confirming availability. Worst experience ever.

I am so sorry Melissa, we had lack of communication with Travel agents.. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience . we had an overload of Reservations for a capacity of 44 Rooms..
