"This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!! "

"There was no clerk at the front desk to greet me when I arrived to check in. I had to ask for service, instead. The room was comfy, however. The breakfast service wasn't up to par. The food (except the hot waffles) tasted like that they were a day old, including the juices from the juice dispenser. This would probably not be the best hotel to stay at, if you plan to visit North Jersey. "

"Breakfast staff very rude accidentally I dropped off pancake liquid in the tray and the waiter is so rude She said now she clean this whole mess and she snatch the plate and when my husband went the front desk the front desk man name is Alex my husband explain whole thing and Alex say you should be followed the rule what is that rule? The waiter insulted the guest and she should be sorry I’m so disappointed. I am regular customer for Marriott and they act so weird and Alex never help us very disappointed the staff and the waiters this location I never recommended anyone or I never go there anymore"

"I book here few times the stoves in the rooms some time seems to have issues either one side don’t work or it’s not heating properly throw off your cooking pssh."

"bed is not clean; there is hair on the towel, AC is not working properly, floor is not clean."
