"Your hotel was THE choice for my needs on this business trip. I was attending two days of CLE at the NCAJ in the office complex across the road, the second day at which I was speaking, and I needed a hotel near the NCAJ at which I could get well rested during the night between the two CLE sessions. Although I did not have the opportunity to use it, I was highly impressed with the panel near the desk into which I could plug my computer or a streaming media box with an HDMI cable to use the TV as a monitor. The continental breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again the next time I need to stay near the NCAJ."
"The property was in my opinion not clean. The first night I woke up with a cockroach crawling on me. Every day I had bugs on my clothes from this property. The check in process was terrible. They messaged earlier in the day to ask ETA of my arrival. I gave them the time and still I did not receive my access to the rental for a while longer. "
"This place is awesome. Check in was effortless and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are decorated so cute. It gives you a retro sixties type of vibe. It's very quiet and quaint. I will give this hotel a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because of the construction that was going on next to the hotel (although there weren't any noise or building going on while we were there. It was just an eye sore to be next to such a beautiful hotel). Also, the couch in the living room was not comfortable at all. Overall the hotel is excellent and I will be returning! In addition, I needed a few things while there and you communicate with the staff by text and they responded immediately each time I texted them. "
"Room very clean and spacious. Bathroom was big. Had a kitchenette. Mattress, sheets, pillows amazing comfort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not overcrowded. Would definitely stay again."
"The staff at checkin and checkout were both very friendly. The only real complaint was that the bed was super honey feeling and you could audibly hear the springs sinking in when laying down. However, it did not stop us from getting a good night’s sleep!! "
"I stayed here for the weekend while some work was being done on my house, and it was perfect.
It's small (obviously, since it's a studio), but it's SO cute and perfect for either a solo or couples' getaway. It has everything you'd need for a short stay, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer, etc.
I didn't meet the host, but she was super friendly and communicative, and gave very specific directions for how to get into the apartment.
Would definitely book here again if the need arises."
