"Why are there lights on in the bedroom of a suite that can't be turned off? Terrible idea to take that choice away from a guest! I slept very poorly because of the brightness in the room, idiotic idea. Elevators are fairly terrifying, one sounds on the verge of collapse, the other wobbles - felt like a Final Destination movie. Those two issues aside, fantastic service from excellent staff, and the hotel is beautiful. (Sadly, I did not get to try breakfast)"

"These rooms are so clean it's unbelievable. Every time we stay at a hotel we always deep clean because let's be honest you can't check into a room and walk around barefoot and expect the bottom of your feet to be clean! It just doesn't happen but this location believe it! The bottom of your feet will not be black"
