"Sam was wonderful upon checking in early and accommodating us! We had an issue where the door lock failed and we were locked out of our room. The chief engineer came to the property right away and was able to get us in our room so we could get on belongings and move to a new room! He was very kind and helpful! Also the night auditor(forgive me, I cannot remember her name), was wonderful in getting us moved into a new room on the same floor right away because it was late and she allowed us to put the kids to bed. Additionally, the second night we were there we found a very small bunny by our car and she assisted our daughter in moving it to a safer location because it seemed to be injured. I thought that was very sweet because our daughter was heartbroken for the little guy and not having it’s mother.
Melissa and Dee were very understanding and compassionate towards the situation with the room lockout. They were professional and respectful of the inconvenience, and found a way to make the situation better.

"Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay."

"Our stay was pleasant. The house is well appointed with most of what you need as far as paper goods, toiletries, and kitchen staples. Location on the river is peaceful and the train heard off on the distance is nice to hear. Furniture was comfortable and the host was very easy to reach and talk to. They are extremely nice and their home was a fun place to stay!"
