"Clean room but warm. And the restroom design was very odd "

"My husband's an agency nurse and we drove from Oklahoma City bc he has shift in Dallas for one night and I booked a one night one bed room online and paid for it. When we got there to check in they asked if we had a pet and said yes we have a dog and we're told that guests with pets can only stay in smoking rooms!! Which is absolutely ridiculous, and then we were told they have no rooms available!!!! "

"It is what it is. The almost every part of the room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. There were even cigarette holes in the bed sheets. The pictures that are advertised have to be at least 10 years old. The front door had gaps in it so you could see the light from outside, the curtains were broken and had to be held together with a hair clip, and the bathroom door only shut with force. The only redeemable factor was the jacuzzi bathtub that I had to clean myself (I would not recommend turning on the jets). You get what you pay for so I guess $100s is work a dirty room and an amazing bathtub. "

"The house was spacious for our families and a good location for where we needed to be. However, it seemed like it would be incredibly beneficial for someone to do a thorough walk through. There were outlets that didn’t work, curtains inside out, clock batteries were dead, a helium balloon on the ceiling, trash by the pool, Christmas decor still out (we were there the 2nd week of January), etc. The host was responsive and accommodating."
