I picked this hotel mainly for the proximity to the train station and the fact you can walk from there into the historic centre. This is similar as you would expect to other Ibis type hotels. There was an issue with the air conditioning initially in the room but the staff helped to resolve it. The breakfast had a good range of options, perhaps better than I had expected. It was convenient for exploring Regensburg and also in terms of when arriving from and travelling on to another destination by train with luggage. Opposite to the hotel there is also a shopping mall which is also useful. The reception and bar of the hotel are also nice.

Very well located to the train station. We were very well treated when we arrived after a long travel day. The young lady at the desk took care of all our concerns ordered us a breakfast to go for a fee, of course but good as we leaving on an early train. The room was nothing Fancy but clean comfortable and functional. I would definitely stay there again. They called a cab for us to the train station and it only cost 10 Euros with tip.

Stayed 3nights. Receptionists aren’t cheerful and friendly unlike other hotels. Location was excellent for my needs and walkable to historic centre. Quite and Safe environment and hotel and near train station and shopping centre.

Arcaden next hotel makes a great location

Within 5 - 10 minutes walk to train station. Across the street from hotel is a very nice mall (Arcaden). Between Arcaden and next to and above train tracks is a walk way to bahnhof. Arcaden and the area have some good shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Great bed.

Nice budget-level hotel. Property is clean, safe, near transportation/food/shopping. Breakfast is a nice option, too. If you expect a nice hotel at a reasonable price (and not five star hotel at that price), this is definitely it!
