"Check in was rough, they are using a kiosk for check in. They had trouble finding my reservation. My room was not clean, when I turned the AC on there was a funky smell coming from it. "

"The only thing that was wrong was when I checked in the lady that checked us in was not very pleasant and our room wasn’t ready when we got there check in was at 3 and we got there at 340 and the room was not ready according to the lady at the desk. We drive 12 hours and I was very tired and just wanted to get in my room. The remainder of my stay was very pleasant and the staff was very nice and friendly "

"I would defiently recommand this location to stay. The staff was very friendly and excellent service. Although I was unable to try the Spa, the grounds and surrounding areas were beautiful. They are working on the outside pool. I'll be returning for a longer stay. What made the trip even better was, we were able to check in as soon as we arrived at 12 noon. How satisfying is that, after a long drive. Parking was excellent and the many other dining spots and shopping stores on the on Indian River will keep anyone happy. Lastly the beach is just 20 minutes away. "

"Everything was great! The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options, more than I was expecting. Check in was a breeze. It was very quiet. The location was perfect—very close to the freeway and there were restaurants very close. The only con I have is that the AC in the room sounded like there were crickets in the room when it was running. It made it somewhat difficult to fall asleep. "

"It was overall a good stay...however after staying here numerous times over the past 3 years this stay was a little less than stellar. The shower was completely out of shower gel, i had to call to get my receipt emailed to me after checking out, the 2nd floor that i was placed was a bit to close near the live d.j. on the 1st floor. Staff was very pleasant and cordial. "
