Whether you’re visiting Regina for business or leisure, our elegant 1-BR luxury basement suite is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay from the moment you arrive.
Located in the highly desirable Greens on Gardiner on Regina ’s east side, our suite offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything you need. Eighteen (18) minutes from Regina International Airport. Ten (10) minutes from the University of Regina and five (5) minutes from the Trans-Canada Highway. Our suite offers a serene escape while conveniently located close to most basic amenities.
The suite features one bedroom, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and an in-suite laundry facility. Two beds: a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper bed in the living room. The suite comes with a dedicated workspace with a sit-stand desk, 24” monitor, wireless keyboard & mouse, docking station and ergonomic office chair. Whether you are here for a short stay or an extended stay, you’ll feel right at home in this inviting suite.
Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the house rules:
1. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 2. All guests are kindly asked to leave wet shoes on the tray next to the entryway. 3. Dry shoes can be stowed away on the shoe rack inside the coat closet. 4. While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets due to allergies. 5. If you are bringing babies, please notify us in advance. Baby items are available upon request. 6. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are welcome to smoke or vape outside and are asked to discard cigarette butts responsibly. 7. No illegal substances are allowed. 8. To respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 9. To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, parties and events are not permitted. 10. No food is allowed in the bedroom or on the beds. 11. Do not rearrange the furniture and treat all appliances and furnishings with care and respect, as you would expect from any guest in your own home. 12. Please dispose of garbage, recycling, and kitchen waste in the designated bins. For your convenience, leave waste by the side door and notify us for prompt removal. 13. Before checking out, ensure all doors and windows are locked. 14. If applicable, unplug the hair dryer and the clothes iron. 15. Turn off the TV, stove and kettle. 16. Please leave the suite in a clean and acceptable condition upon check-out. 17. Reservations longer than 28 days will be scheduled for cleaning every 2 weeks on Sundays between 11 AM and 3 PM at no extra charge.
