Welcome to our peaceful one-bedroom basement suite, situated in a quiet neighborhood in the east of Regina (The Towns). This suite has a private entrance and free street parking. Easy access to the Regina Bypass, Ring Road, Superstore, Costco, Walmart, and other amenities including parks. It is a 10-minute drive to the University of Regina. The suite has a 1 bedroom with a comfy Queen bed, mattress, a convertible sofa, and a spacious wardrobe.
