Desk staff quite pleasant. Understood that housekeeping did a major clean only after three days but was disappointed that trash was not emptied, coffee not replaced, empty Kleenex box not replaced, etc. Towels on request? 2 out of 3 requests done but washcloths were gone but not replaced in one instance. Key cards gave a lot of trouble. For two days they repeatedly worked once and then had to be replaced. Both of them! And no, they were not next to cell phones, magnets etc. Meant that I was constantly up and down from the front desk asking for this or that. Mattresses in the two beds were very poor - past best before date for sure. Tried the two of us in one bed for part of a night but we sort of rolled together in the centre. Ended up using both to find the respective sweet spot. Made the mistake of returning to the room mid day with bright sunlight streaming in and the walls were filthy, splashes of liquid, (coffee I truly hope) running down in some spots and had been there for some time. Counter tops cleaned until the backs and edges and such were highlighted in the sun. Thick with dust. Breakfast spread was good but, it was a busy weekend and the staff did not keep up. One day, tableware was missing - no bowls so cereal not an option. Another two days I thought bacon and eggs might be an option but at the specific point I looked, the eggs were not available. So they stay was not entirely a pleasant one. If I were to hazard a guess, I would suggest that inadequate staf
