    Ideal for for a small family ( maximum a couple and a child).
    Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile .Bring your bikes _Hiking/biking trail is a block away .

    * Please note, linens (bed sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be PROVIDED. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed.

    * We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags ,paper towels and toilet paper
    You control your own AC, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with microwave ,Keurig, toaster and large refrigerator.

    We are owners live on first floor.
    The basement is also 1 bedroom suite without kitchen for Summer rental only and both rental units share the same walkway .

Very Nice Place

It was one of the best places we have stayed. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to the boardwalk, and near several beaches and state parks. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Rehobeth Anniversary Trip

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and rode the bike trail that comes right by the house. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, 10 min from The boardwalk and beach! We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and the drive was only about 45 min with traffic. The apartment was clean and as described.

Quiet and Close

We walked in to the guest suite and my first impression was how large and clean it is! It was close enough that I could jog into downtown Rehobeth for a coffee, but just far enough to make for a peaceful retreat from the beach bustle. It would also make a great place to stay for bikers and walkers with the easy access to trails.

This apartment was a home away from home and the home and property are very pretty. We had all we needed to have a relaxing and safe vacation. It's too far to walk to the beach IMO, but the back road helps a lot. We were at the beach or boardwalk regularly.

Bike Delaware!

We had a great time staying at this property that's very near the Junction/Breakwater Trail. We bicycled the whole loop twice--beautiful, well-marked trail--and found the property convenient to downtown Rehoboth Beach. Each afternoon, we had a nice long walk down to the beach and then walked home under cool autumn breezes. The property is clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The best part is the quiet, pretty neighborhood.

Winter birding getaway

My spouse and I booked this property for a winter birding getaway. Property was very clean, accurately described and all appliances were fully functional. Location was residential and ver quiet. Our first impression when we pulled into the driveway was how beautifully maintained the property was. Parking and entryway was convenient. The living space was neat, clean and immediately comfortable. Every room was large and exceeded our expectations. The appliances were spotless and worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to rent this property again and feel fortunate to have found such comfortable accommodations!

Good value for the money

My husband and I were on a birding trip and this place was mostly perfect for us. The host was great about our Wed to Tues stay, even making a last minute adjustment. I know in beach towns Sun to Sat stays are the norm. Location was both quiet for us to sleep and no one else for us to disturb when we left at 6:30am each morning. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. And insect repellent by the outside door was a knife-saver! Two cautions - lots of steps to the apartment so might not be good for everyone. And bathtub was slippery and there are no handrails. Our only complaint/dislike was the extremely uncomfortable chairs in front of the TV. Really nice smart TV with cable, but sitting there for any length of time was impossible. We were too tired to watch much anyway, but if we were stuck inside on a rainy day... But again, overall a good value for the money and we would recommend and stay again.
