Walking distance to restaurants, beach, bars and other entertainment. Driving distance to 5 different golf courses within 15 minutes. Walking distance to water park and amusement park. Pool on site. Bike trail. Chromecast on all television. Smoking area on deck.

We take Covid 19 very seriously and we sterilize the condo as well as change all comforters and bath mats along with usual linens after every stay. According to our cleaning crew we are the client of theirs that changes comforters after each stay. I'm not saying that others don't I'm just guaranteeing WE DO!

Nice place, close to everything

We stayed overnight for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival and had an excellent time. The unit was clean, comfortable and central between the outlets and beach/boardwalk area.

The location was perfect for us. Close to everything but quiet, back off the street. The unit was a little dated but clean. With two bed and two bath, it was perfect for our quick one night stay.

Cute condo in a great location

Everything was very clean and ready. It is only a 2 min drive to the beach and there are great local nearby shops. Only con was the walls are thib and you can hear other guests walk above or snore below. But we had a great stay!
