True Rehoboth "Beach" House! 298 Sandalwood Street is located in the Country Club Estates section of South Rehoboth, approximately three and a half blocks to the beach and one block to Rehoboth Avenue. Cute ranch style home offers spacious living areas, a roomy screened porch to dine or relax in, and an updated kitchen. If you don't walk to one of Rehoboth's fabulous restaurants, dine in and BBQ on the gas grill! Wireless Internet and two parking spaces are available, plus one Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit is included. You will love the quiet neighborhood... a short walk to everything you need to enjoy your week at that beach. NO smoking or Pets Please. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
