  • Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath first floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool via back screened-in-porch (with ceiling fan and table/chairs) and adjoining patio.

    Comfortably sleeps 6 with king main and queen beds other 2 bedrooms. Roll-away cot provided for an additional person. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (with handicap assist rail), walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and 50-inch flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

    Upgraded Kitchen has granite countertops and provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.
