Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We are 3 miles from Lewes beach and 3 miles from Rehoboth Beach.

1-story ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor patio and full size washer and dryer.

Home sleeps 9 with one King in master bedroom, full bunkbed in second room and full bunkbed in third bedroom.


First floor has a full bath and a large, open layout with living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, stools at the island.

Patio is off the dining area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
Dogs are allowed with fee.
No fence yard.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 am.

Amenities: cable, wifi internet access, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, grill, outlet protector covers (for infants), iron and iron board. Liquid hand and dish soap is provided.

What are my responsibilities for cleaning the unit?

Rental guests should keep the unit in presentable condition by:

• Washing dishes

• Taking out trash--Please take out to mailbox area SUNDAY NIGHT or you will be charged a $50 if not completed.

• Sweeping sand out of our home

For these tasks, we provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, and dust pan. Our guests are not expected to completely clean the property before checking out.
