Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Easy access to the beaches and Located minutes from Rehoboth and Dewey. New sunroom furniture for 2023 and updated LVP flooring in the bathrooms and laundry. Bathroom countertops new for 2024 and freshly painted.

The community was very quiet. There were a few unfinished repairs, nothing major. It was a cute townhouse that has been recently updated. I also like the screened in porch in the back. Everything was exactly where the hosted said it was. The instructions were clear. We enjoyed our stay.
