Flood Damaged - Renovated 2026 ~ Excuse Glitches - Still Quaint VINTAGE Studio

  • This is a VINTAGE Apartment, that we had to update in 2026 due to weather damage. It is a 50+ year old building, and this Studio / Efficiency has been lovingly cared for. It is still decorated with hand-stitched pillows & our honey oak floors have been replaced with beautiful wood-look FLOORET floors . It is still COZY & comfortable with our original furnishings. This is an OCEANFRONT efficiency condo on the 2nd floor (1st floor above the Lobby Level). It has a fully equipped kitchen with new cupboards and quartz countertop in 2026. And there is an Outdoor POOL & sundeck on the same floor as the unit. There's a keyed entrance with an on-site manager, security cameras, laundry facility, underground parking garage, outside parking deck, elevators & free wireless INTERNET. The beach & Boardwalk are literally outside the front door. Relax on the PRIVATE BALCONY & enjoy the SPECTACULAR views. If you enjoy QUAINT & unpretentious.... and watching the sun rise over the ocean, this rental might be for you. **(MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS)**
