Beautifully appointed split level home, conveniently located just minutes to the beach, shopping and the Breakwater Trail. There are 5 bedrooms. 2 baths, a relaxing screened porch overlooking the huge backyard that includes a hot tub, fire pit and yard games, welcoming living areas on each level, separate dining room that is open to a gourmet kitchen, and refreshing outdoor shower! Close to the beach, the Breakwater Trail, outlet shopping and area restaurants, with plenty of room for everyone!
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE (FOR VRBO RENTALS).
