  • MINI JULY 4TH WEEK AVAILABLE! PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK! Philadelphia Square is located less than two blocks to the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth. Your favorite shops and restaurants are also just steps away! This two-story townhouse has room for everyone, with a very a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. WIFI, CAC, Washer/Dryer and 2 off-street parking spaces are provided, plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit. Rents Saturday to Saturday and "mini-weeks" in the off-season. Pets are not allowed, but owner has had a dog in the home.
    Guests pay a $150.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights.Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
