Welcome to the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, located above the new Hyatt Place Hotel in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic Ocean in this luxurious two bedroom penthouse.
Residences Lighthouse Cove Penthouse - This condominium is perfect for your beach vacation and year-round relaxation. The kitchen features 21st Century amenities, including stainless steel appliances, upgraded counter tops, and an extra-large sink with pull-down sprayer faucet. The luxurious master bedroom includes an oversized private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The quaint guest room features a versatile Twin/Full arrangement. The “jack-and-jill” guest bathroom offers a large bathtub and custom tile throughout. The spacious living/dining area is the focus of the penthouse, with comfortable, seating for family and guests. The living also features a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping needs. This penthouse features a private terrace for your added enjoyment, thereby extending your living and entertaining space. Step outside the sliding doors to your private terrace to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the Rehoboth Bay and its magnificent vista. Just beyond your private terrace is the expansive Plaza Courtyard, a private common space exclusive to guests at The Residences. Overlooking the terrace is an outdoor heating pool which is exclusive to guests at The Residences. From the Plaza you can watch the sunset from the community fire pit and BBQ grill area, or just relax and enjoy Dewey Beach and the stunning mid-Atlantic coastline from high above beach crowds, with spectacular Bay view. Guests at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove also receive access to many of the Hyatt Place Hotel's amenities. You can float in the indoor, saltwater pool or work out on the new fitness equipment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and took full advantage of nearby beach access, the pool, and the firepit. The property was just as described, very clean, and comfortable. Just wish we could stay longer!

The condo was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen for a longer stay. A quick walk to the beach. Only draw back was needing to bring your own sheets and towels.

Amazing stay

My family and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and place was clean and you can’t beat the location. Everything was amazing. We couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work but we worked around it. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun Beach Getaway

We had such a nice time onsite and at the pool…we didn’t go to the beach as often as planned. Penthouse is great. But a little tricky for pet care.

Great location Great facilities Only issue was the beds and furniture….need updated or changed Main bedroom has a full/ double bed and not a Queen as indicated and is very uncomfortable at best. The living room couch is also very uncomfortable. Ended up. Sitting outside on the beautiful patio area just to be comfortable. Other than the beds and furniture it was a wonderful stay

Amazing Spot for a family!

Tania’s place is amazing! You can’t be the location, you have the ocean a block away and the bay only a couple of feet away. Plus you have two restaurants on the water that might as well be in your back yard. The apartment is perfect for all your family needs, clean and comfortable. With an amazing view on the back patio and 20 steps from the pool. We stayed with a 3 month old and 2.5 year old and loved that we could use the inside pool as well. Yes you have two pools the bay and the ocean all right there. There is nice size beach right at the bay where you can swim. A great spot for sure. Also if you’re worried about the music from the restaurants we never heard it at all even sitting on the back patio. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Long Weekend

A lot of awesome things about this property. The ability to park in the garage was great and having a pool for afternoon post ocean swims was great for the kids. There was really easy access to the bay as well for the kids to play there too. We had 3 adults and 3 kids so the room with the trundle bunk bed was perfect for our kids. Only down side was the pull out sleeper sofa. It was not comfortable but 100% do-able for my wife & I on a long weekend. (grandma got the big room lol).

Wonderful Condo, very comfortable

We couldn’t ask for a better host, Tania was very responsive, always responded to any questions we had very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was very spacious so there was plenty of room inside making it very comfortable to stay in. The fact this condo had a patio versus a balcony made it so spacious to move around outside and enjoy the unobstructed view of the wonderful pool and the bay. Having direct access to the grills, fire pit and extra seating was perfect! Also the location in Dewey is great and having The Lighthouse bar/restaurant right downstairs was very convenient.

Penthouse experience

The location was outstanding and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much, except for the mattresses in the second bedroom. Mattress in the children's bedroom had coils and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Would recommend new mattresses in that room, above and below given the very high price you are paying.

Excellent place and location

The condo was very clean and the description is accurate. What a location! Take a step out the slider door and you are overlooking the pool and the bay. Another renter asked what room we were in because she wanted to rent the condo next time. At the base of the building is the Lighthouse restaurant and the Rusty Rudder is steps away. Across the main road is Nalu and down a half mile are the Starboard, Starboard Raw, and Starboard Claw. Tania communicated in advance and then made sure we got in okay. Thank you Tania.

Dewey 2023

The condo was extrememly clean, the washer/dryer looked new, loved the kitchen space and decor just enough to not overwhelm a guest. We brought our own however the following were already in the condo TP, handsoap, DW pods and coffee pods for guests. We only used the patio area twice due to weather but it had a nice view of the bay. No issues with Wifi and appreciated the instructions for the TV and light switches. Tania was fabulous! Constant communication from booking to check out, offered early and late check out for our pre-season stay. Thanks Tania, we look forward to staying again.
