Stay at this newly renovated townhouse! Just 4 blocks to Rehoboth famous boardwalk and beautiful beach, a short walk will take you to Rehoboth Avenue's best restaurants, bars, and shops. This vacation townhouse is in the quiet community of Scarborough Village, just blocks away from a terrific playground and Rehoboth's historical amusement park, Funland.

The first floor has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops; a powder room, living and dining room in an open concept plan with direct access to a semiprivate patio off the back. The patio is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with on suite full bathrooms, closets, washer and dryer machines and storage. The master bedroom has a King bed, a Smart TV, a small desk, a dresser, a large closet, and double vanity and bathtub. There is a large deck off the master room that overlooks the saltwater community pool.
The second bedroom has its own full bathroom with a shower, bunk beds, a queen bed, a dresser, and views to the beautiful gardens and patio.

Other features included with your stay are Cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, smart thermostats, and assigned/covered parking for 2 cars right in front of the unit.

A one-week 7-night minimum required to stay, Friday -Friday or Saturday-Saturday when renting in the Summer season, between Memorial and Labor Weekend. Off season rentals have a 3-night stay minimum.
A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 15 days of the date of checkout.
