Brand new AC system, 3 relaxing decks, and vaulted ceilings, make this home a refuge for beach goers. This home comes with 4 parking spaces, an outdoor shower, wireless internet, google nest mesh WiFi and three flat screen TVs with streaming capability. Newly expanded top deck with beach and bay views! New AC lower level, new microwave 2023!

    Safe and friendly beach community is accented by tennis/pickle ball courts, picnic gazebo and playground. Within the community is SoDel's highly rated Matt's Fish Camp restaurant. Bethany boardwalk 3 miles away, Indian River marina 1 mile and Dewey beach, Rehobeth Beach just 7 miles.
