Recently renovated single family home. A rare one of a kind Rustic/Beach atmosphere with all up-to-date amenities located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. The home features a full-size kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, wine refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster oven and more.
A full size Washer/Dryer are located on the second floor.
This two-story single-family home also includes a large deck and patio with a gas grill and spacious room for entertaining. Gated community pool available for house guests at no additional charge. Located in a quiet community and cul-de-sac with a worry-free kid’s zone to play without the parents concern of traffic.
The 1st floor master bedroom includes a king size master bed, garden tub and a full-size master bath. The 2nd floor has a queen size bed in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3. The large spacious loft entertains two full size futon beds for extra sleeping arrangements. The main living space, loft and each bedroom have flat screen SMART TVs (Amazon Prime TV, Netflix, You Tube, Hulu accessible) as well as free WIFI and ceiling fans
In addition, enjoy a two-zone air conditioning system (a/c upstairs/downstairs) for added comfort. Two-car garage, driveway and off-street parking offer additional parking space.

Great place!!

Baseball tournament getaway

The online pictures did not do this house justice! Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Lots of room and very comfortable We had 3 families including 4 teenage boys and we were comfortable. Our tournament got rained out so we were really happy to have this spacious comfortable house instead of being stuck in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay!

We had 8 people (3 children) stay at Danny's lovely home. Check-in and communication with Danny was a breeze. He was very responsive. Rehoboth stay

We had a great time in this place! Home was clean and well-equipped for our group. We enjoyed the back yard, quiet neighborhood, and the community pool. One thing I didn't realize upon reserving is there would be security/surveillance cameras around the property which felt sort of strange, especially when it seemed like perhaps we were being observed at times. Otherwise, lovely house and location.

Perfect Private Getaway

I stayed at Danny's place with my two adult daughters and 2 yo granddaughter. We had a lovely time. The house was very clean, and the location was great - in a quiet neighborhood with a community pool and only a short drive to the beach, shopping, etc. We liked the availability of beach chairs and the large two-car garage (kept our vehicles cool on the hot days). We had a lovely time - thanks to Danny for his hospitality and quick responses to our questions!

Our new summer getaway home!!

The owner was very responsive and helpful to all our questions. We specifically booked to check out the area for future vacations but found our home away from home here. We were so pleasantly surprised that this house was more than we expected in a great neighborhood with a pool and located with accessibility to all our needs, grocery stores, shopping outlets, restaurants and the beach. The home has everything you would want and more. Very spacious so everyone has a place to hang out without tripping over each other, great fenced in back yard with a great deck and grill. A great Rehoboth vacation!

Every year we take our son and his family to a beach for a week to make "Grammy and Papa memories." There was a break for Covid - which we are still very careful about. The house was very clean. It was perfect for us. Grammy and Papa had the bedroom downstairs, and the kids had the whole upstairs. Our littles, aged 7 and 4, walked into the house and declared they were never leaving. Many houses don't have enough seating in the living room - this one had 2 sofas. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. Access to the neighborhood pool - with no extra fees - was great for those days we didn't get to the beach. As far as location, it's not a bad drive to the beach, perhaps 10 minutes. Parking is problematic everywhere we've been. The state beach is a gem. We were also close to grocery stores and a Walmart - but not too close that they seemed like they were in the back yard. We had a great time in a great house! Thanks, Danny!

Excellent experience

We had never used VRBO and never been to Rehoboth, and we were very pleased with our experience on all fronts. Danny's house is exactly as advertised, even better. My boys are 6 and 7, and they loved the house so much they didn't want to come back to ours! Danny's house is in a quiet development, with friendly neighbors who waved every time we drove by. Rehoboth was quite crowded, likely from vacationers making up for a lost 2020 due to Covid, as we were, but we had a great time and will definitely be back. I'd recommend Danny's house to anyone looking to vacation in the Rehoboth area, as it was central to everything.

Easy 5 star stay

Danny was easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. The property was clean and updated nicely, and was perfect for our 3 and 7 year olds to have enough space. The drives to the nearby beaches was easy with plenty of places to eat or shop on the way! The community pool was also nice and the people were welcoming as well. The community was quiet and clean. Perfect! Highly recommended!

This was our first trip to Rehoboth. Group of 6, with the youngest being 5 years old. Everyone loved the house! Great location, in a great neighborhood! The house itself was awesome, very clean, and my wife loved the decorations. The community pool was perfect to go for a swim on the way back from the beach. Very safe, nice neighborhood. I can't say enough about the location. Short drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, and Henlopen State Park. Right in between two nice waterparks. We also took a 30 minute drive to Bethany Beach. Communication was great with the owner. He was quick to answer any questions and give recommendations for local restaurants. We loved it, and we will definitely return to stay on our next trip to Rehoboth, which may be our new annual trip!

Perfect week at the beach!

Beautiful home, excellent communication with property owner, amazing setup for family! Downstairs worked for grandparents and upstairs bedrooms plus loft gave parents and kids seperate space. Pool was nice as well, one day even had to ourselves, never overcrowded. Thanks Danny!

Beautiful stay

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautiful and well maintained. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run around and the adults to grille. The pool was nice for the kids and we visited all three of the nearby beaches - overall a lovely stay!

Absolutely amazing!

This was the best possible experience. Danny (the owner) is so nice, and beyond accommodating. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, which was a huge plus! This was the first beach vacation for our six year old son. He felt right at home immediately. The house is cozy and inviting, not to mention extremely clean and quite beautiful. Did Joanna Gaines decorate this home!?!?!? You won’t be sorry! This gorgeous home has plenty of space for many more than our group of three. The neighborhood is right along the main freeway that leads right to Rehoboth Beach. Tons of cool things to check out between the house and the beach, from water parks to great restaurants. Ten out of Ten!

Danny’s house was exactly as expected and more. It was spotless, well-maintained and so spacious. As other reviewers have said, many little details throughout the home to appreciate, that really give the home character. We loved having a TV, with cable, in every bedroom, plenty of bathrooms (3), and a huge big screen and comfy couch in the living room. The deck in the back was nice to sit and relax, as it was a very quiet street, and the fire pit was fun. We do not have a garage at home, so having the garage was such a nice treat, especially the day of a bad rain storm. The community pool was warm and refreshing and even with social distancing in place we found chairs and were comfortable and felt welcomed. Location was great, especially being right next to several grocery stores and a Walmart. Danny himself is very nice and a pleasure to book with. Cannot wait to go back. Already dreaming about summer 2021!

Lovely Rustic Beach Home

Danny’s home is a cute rustic beach gem. His home was close to our favorite beach, Gordon State Park but also secluded for private family time. We were able to use the community pool during our stay. The adults accessed the bike trail to Lewes. Kids played in the backyard and we loved the fire pit at night. Home is clean and updated. Kitchen stocked with all the basics and the garage is stocked with beach gear. Thank you for our stay!

Comfortable house close to the beach

Our family of seven enjoyed this property and the community. At most a 10-minute drive to three different beaches. The community pool was big and empty most of the time... which is just fine by me and my five crazy kids. The house has plenty of space, so you won't feel crowded. The deck is also really nice. We loved the firepit. I think we did smores every night.
